The central hub for Adicca Flow's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy (PDPA), and operational guidelines. We prioritize transparency to ensure your agency operates with confidence and clarity.
Welcome to Adicca Flow. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Adicca Flow is a sales-to-operations workflow management system designed specifically for Malaysian construction consultancy agencies.
Adicca Flow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for internal business purposes relating to GreenCard and CIDB submission tracking. You act as the Data Controller for your client's information.
Adicca Flow is not an accounting system. While we provide invoice generation and payment tracking, the system does not perform general ledger functions or bank reconciliation. It is also not a customer support CRM for ticketing purposes.
Access to Adicca Flow requires an active subscription. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in the suspension of Admin access, though Client access to completed documents will be maintained for a grace period of 30 days.
We are committed to protecting personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.
This agreement outlines how Adicca Flow (the Processor) handles data on behalf of your Agency (the Controller).
We guarantee that all data processing activities occur within secured infrastructure with regular backups. We do not sell, trade, or rent end-client data to third parties.
For security purposes, all "No-Login" token links are strictly valid for 14 days from the moment a job enters the "Processing" stage. If a client needs to upload documents after this period, an Admin must regenerate the token or the client must log in to the portal.
No. Adicca Flow tracks payments (Paid/Unpaid) to control the workflow, but it does not function as a general ledger. We recommend exporting your monthly commission reports to your external accounting software for reconciliation.
No. The system enforces strict ownership. Sales agents can only view and manage leads/jobs they created. Only Admins have global visibility across all jobs to ensure data privacy and prevent conflict between freelance agents.
Commissions are generated in monthly batches. A job is only eligible for commission once it has reached the "Completed" status (final documents uploaded). The payroll report is generated on the 1st of the following month based on the completion date.
To ensure compliance and prevent disputes, the system blocks the "Complete" action until at least one Final Output Document is uploaded. This safeguards your operations by proving delivery of service before closing the job.
